SPONSORSHIP FEES and RIGHTS
All Sponsor Companies will be granted the following common rights, apart from the special rights specified under the relevant title:

Symposium participation plaque will be given.

They will be given the right to put their giveaways (except brochures) in the symposium bags and distribute them free of charge to the symposium delegates.

According to the sponsorship order, site selection and other priorities will be given depending on the stand opening requests.

All sponsor company logos will be placed on the official symposium website.
All other details (if any) will be included in the sponsorship agreements.
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIPS
6.000 Euros + VAT
1. Companies will have free registration right for 4 participants as delegate.
2. If companies would like to participate with a stands area, 20%
discount from the announced stands area renting fee will be applied
for platinum sponsor companies.
3. Companies’ advertorial movie will be presented on the big screens located at the exhibition area with other company advertorial movies during the symposium.
4. Companies’ advertisement will be published on one of the inner pages of Symposium Proceedings e-Book.
5. The company logo will be published on the symposium website as of the date of the sponsorship payment. It will be also published on;

SILVER SPONSORSHIPS
3.500 Euros + VAT
1. Companies will have free registration right for 2 participants as delegate.
2. If companies would like to participate with a stands area, 10% discount from the announced stands area renting fee will be applied for silver sponsor companies.
3. The company logo will be published on the symposium website as of the date of the sponsorship payment. It will be also published on;

3. Firm flags, which will be printed by METEM, will be displayed in the area during the gala dinner.
